Original Artwork

All original paintings are one-of-a-kind works. Sales of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original works. Please review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to purchase, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Commissions

Custom commission work requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price to begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the work is shipped. If you choose to cancel a commission after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. We will provide progress updates throughout the process and make reasonable adjustments based on your feedback, but the final artistic direction remains at the artist's discretion.

Copyright and Reproduction

Jennifer Carson retains all copyright and reproduction rights to all works, including commissioned pieces. Purchase of an original painting or print transfers ownership of the physical object only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any image without written permission from the artist.

Colours and Screens

We make every effort to photograph artwork accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings and calibration. We are not responsible for variations between the artwork as displayed online and its appearance in person.
