Shipping Policy

Everything I send out is something I've made by hand, so I pack and ship your art with a lot of care.

Originals ship within 5-8 business days, fully insured, with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number as soon as your work is on its way.

Canada Flat rate shipping applies to all Canadian orders, calculated at checkout based on the size of your work. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days once shipped. Larger works may take a little longer depending on your location.

United States I'm pleased to ship original paintings to the US. Flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your work. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days once shipped. Please note that any customs duties, import fees, or taxes assessed upon entry into the United States are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are determined by US customs and are outside our control.

Large & Fragile Works For exceptionally large or fragile pieces, I may reach out to quote shipping individually so the work can be crated and handled with the care it deserves. I'll always confirm the cost with you before anything ships.

A Few Important Notes Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I'm not able to cover reshipping costs for an incorrect address. If your piece arrives damaged, contact me right away at jennifercarsonart@gmail.com and keep all packaging materials, as they'll be needed for the insurance claim.
